This is the time of year where "best of" lists fill the first pages of blogs across the net. We like to rebuff trends just as much as the next guy, but the best-of game is just too darned fun to play. The way we did it was easy. The editor (that's me) sent a note out to all of the music writers we've worked with this year to ask they wanted to contribute a favorite album for our "best of" list. As you can imagine, most (including me) had more than one. So here's our list, it's growing by 1-2 albums weekly so check back to see if your favorite made our - highly subjective - list.
