If you’re looking for the Ferrari of wakeboats, look no further than the 23V Epic Wakeboat. It’s truly a rider’s boat with all the features designed specifically for the rider including an awesome amount of stock weight allowing the boat to create a huge wake and if you’re a rider, you know its all about the wake.

Epic Wakeboat creators started out with one goal in mind: to create a better wakeboat from the ground up and that’s exactly what they’ve created. The 23V wakeboat has 4,000lbs of stock ballast creating an amazing wake behind the boat, an 8.1 liter engine,  Resin-Infused fiber glass construction (a method that no other boat uses), Dual Rudders and a 10-Speaker Transom Audio with speakers loud enough that the rider can still hear the music without blowing out the eardrums of the people on the boat. The boat also has another unique feature, it has the ability to back-up in either direction, something that surprises many people due to the fact that many boats don’t do this well.

The boat which is based out of San Diego, CA made it’s first appearance in a Miami competition at Board Up and received nothing but good comments says Regional Sales Manager, Greg Smith, “The comments this weekend have been incredibly positive, the riders are really liking the wake.” Rider Angela Gutierrez agrees adding, “I Love the Epic wakeboat and I think it’s amazing. I never have gotten so much pop from a boat. I would like to take Epic boats to Colombia, so we can work on those kinds of boats and compete on a good level.”

The innovators in sport boat designs have also created an environment-friendly boat. The new 23E wakeboat “will change the way people think about water sports.” The boat increases range, decreases noise, has 50% better fuel economy than other wakeboats and reduces carbon monoxide emissions by nearly 90%.

Creating a bigger wake won’t come at cheap price, look forward to dropping anywhere from $70,000 to $150,000. If it eases the pain just remember, “It’s all about the wake.”
