Rum Bum Distributors, Inc., a Florida corporation, d/b/a RumBum.com (hereinafter referred to as "RumBum.com" and/or the "Company") respects and is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of its online visitor ("you") and of the personal information which you may choose to provide to the Company on this website (the "Site"). Inasmuch as the Company holds it important to demonstrate to you our firm commitment in that regard, it is important for you to know how the Company will treat your personal information. The Company may collect personally identifiable information that you may voluntarily provide to it, on online forms, which may include: user registration, sweepstakes registration, contact requests, guest comments, online surveys, and other online activities. In addition, the Company configures the list-server software to refuse to divulge the e-mail addresses of the list subscribers to anyone other than authorized the Company staff-members, including other list subscribers. In the event of a security breach, whereby your Personal Information is acquired by an unauthorized person, the Company will take appropriate steps to contain the breach and, also,  to notify you of the unauthorized acquisition.
 
This Site may contain links to other websites that may not be owned or operated by the Company. The Company neither controls, nor is responsible for the privacy policies, business practices, or content of such other websites. The Company encourages you to read the Privacy Policies of each and every website that collects your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to Personal Information collected on this Site.

This Privacy Policy was last updated on January 22, 2009. The Company will post any changes on the Site's Homepage, so that online visitors are made aware of any changes to what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances it is disclosed. If the Company decides to use your Personal Information in a manner different than first communicated, the Company will notify you, by e-mail, to the address on record. You will then be given a choice as to whether or not your Personal Information can be used in the new manner.

In the event that the Company goes through a business transition, such as a merger, or another company acquires the Company or its affiliates, or the Company sells a portion of its assets, your personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
